Personally, I do not follow any diet program. I exercise 3 to 4 times per week. My routine is running at least 3 times per week, yoga for athletes and power yoga twice per week, moksha hot yoga once per week or every two weeks. If you want to avoid boredom you can gradually implement other sports : climbing,swimming, paddle, bike, cycle. Doing it with a friend and a smile is even cooler. Move and avoid injuries. Again, I don’t follow any diet. I like cooking and eating healthy stuff. What I eat looks like a Mediterranean diet but I like to try different things. I eat what I want but in less quantity. I lost 21 lbs in 4 months just by exercising regularly and being careful on what I eat. Good luck with your diet!

They tend to be gorgeous imo and totally unaware of it. it’s a shame how colonialism stops some darker skinned women of Indian descent from appreciating their beauty
